Intramural sports for 1st through 3rd grades include soccer and basketball. Competitive sports for 4th and 5th grades include co-ed soccer, boys & girls basketball, girls volleyball, and boys flag football.

The Knights are pleased to introduce Coach Pridemore as Highlands Athletic Director. Coach Pridemore is a Highlands alumnus, and he returned to HCA in the fall of 2019.
Over the years as a coach, Paul’s teams have won 438 games, 13 district titles, 10 Regional Championships, and been to 6 state tournaments. Paul is married to Terri who also works at Highlands and Grace as our Human Resources liaison. They have three grown children and one grandchild.
